Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Healthy Grip LLP. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels. You may choose the shipping method of your choice, but we recommend using a trackable service.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Used or opened products
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Items returned beyond the 30-day window
6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We may request photos and additional details to resolve the issue.
