Suggested carriers: Plant Derived Minerals, Grapeseed or Jojoba Oil, Dead Sea Bath Salts – Unscented, Water, Unscented Lotion.
Ingredients: Birch, Rosemary, Geranium, Lavender Spike, Lemongrass, Cypress, Marjoram.

Recommended uses:
Bath – In 1/4 cup bath salts, use 2-4 drops of essential oil.
Diffuse – Add 4-5 drops of essential oil to diffuser for 10 mins at a time, 3 times a day.
Inhale – Place 1 drop on your hands, rub them together, and inhale.
Massage – In 1 tbsp. carrier, add 2-4 drops of essential oil.
Mist – Use 5-8 drops with 2 oz. carrier, water, or Plant Derived Minerals. Add to bottle, shake, and spray.
Topical – Add 1-2 drops of essential oil to 3 drops carrier and apply as needed.
