Ingredients: Zingiber officinale (from steam distillation of rhizome, specifically Zingiberene).

Recommended uses:
Bath – In 1/4 cup bath salts, use 1-3 drops of essential oil.
Inhale – Place 1-2 drops on your hands, rub them together, and inhale.
Massage – In 1 tbsp. carrier, add 1-3 drops of essential oil.
Mist – Use 8-10 drops with 1 oz. carrier or water. Add to bottle, shake, and spray.
Topical – Add 1 drop of essential oil to 3 drops carrier and apply as needed; 1-2 drops with 3 drops carrier for children.
