Recommended uses:

• Bath: In 1/4 cup bath salts, use 3-5 drops of essential oil.

• Mist: Use 8-10 drops with 1 oz. carrier, water, or Plant Derived Minerals. Add to bottle, shake, and spray.
• Topical: Add 1 drop of essential oil to 3 drops carrier and apply as needed.
