Suggested carriers: Plant Derived Minerals, Grapeseed or Jojoba Oil, Dead Sea Bath Salts – Unscented, Water, Ultimate CM Cream
Ingredients: Thyme Ct. Red Thymol, Oregano, Calamus Root, Clove Bud, Rosemary, Great Western Sage, Pinion Pine, Juniper, Rabbit Brush

Recommended uses:
Bath – In 1/4 cup bath salts, use 12 drops of essential oil.
Inhale – Place 1-2 drops on your hands, rub them together, and inhale.
Massage – In 1 tbsp. carrier, add 8 drops of essential oil.
Mist – Use 14 drops with 1 oz. carrier, water, or Plant Derived Minerals. Add to bottle, shake, and spray.
Topical – Add 5 drops of essential oil to 2 tsp. carrier and apply as needed.
