Pineapple Jalapeno Jelly

A unique jelly that fuses sweet pineapple with spicy jalapenos and a hint of ginger. Serve with cream cheese and crackers, shrimp, or try it on sandwiches and wraps. Great as a dip for pretzels, vegetables and more. Tasty on salmon, fish, ham and baked chicken.

INGREDIENTS: sugars (sugar, pineapple juice), pineapple, jalapeno peppers, water, cider vinegar, pectin, ground ginger, monocalcium phosphate monohydrate
