Recommended uses:
Bath – In 1/4 cup bath salts, use 12 drops of essential oil.
Diffuse – Add 10-12 drops of essential oil to a diffuser, as desired.
Inhale – Place 1-2 drops on your hands, rub them together, and inhale.
Massage – In 1 oz. carrier, add 16 drops of essential oil.
Mist – Use 14 drops with 1 oz. carrier, water, or Plant Derived Minerals. Add to a bottle, shake, and spray.
Topical – Add 2-3 drops of essential oil to 1 tsp. carrier and apply as needed.
