Rose 10% Essential Oil Blend – 5ml

Who it’s for: Anyone looking to incorporate essential oils into their daily routine.

Suggested uses:
Bath – In 1/4 cup bath salts, use 3-5 drops of essential oil.
Diffuse – Add 3-5 drops of essential oil to a diffuser, as desired.
Inhale – Place 1-2 drops on your hands, rub them together, and inhale.
Massage – In 1 tbsp. of carrier oil, add 3-5 drops of essential oil.
Mist – Use 5 drops with 1 oz. of carrier or water. Add to a bottle, shake, and spray.
Topical – Add 1-2 drops of essential oil to 3 drops of carrier and apply as needed.
