Ingredients: Thymus vulgaris ct. thymol (from steam distillation of leaves and flowering tops)

Warning: Hot oil, never use undiluted on skin. Consult your healthcare professional if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication. Dilute if using on children; not recommended for children under the age of 10 years old.

Recommended uses:
Diffuse – Add 10-12 drops of essential oil to diffuser, as desired.
Inhale – Place 1-2 drops on your hands, rub them together, and inhale.
Massage – In 1 tbsp. carrier, add 2-4 drops of essential oil.
Mist – Use 5-8 drops with 2 oz. carrier, water, or Plant Derived Minerals. Add to bottle, shake, and spray.
Topical – Add 1-2 drops of essential oil to 3 drops carrier and apply as needed.
