This Turkish Mix can be used to enhance pilaf, dolma, or add exotic flavors to soups and stews. Add to sour cream or root vegetables to create a tasty dip. Mild to medium spice.
Ingredients:
Carrot, Garlic, Sumac, Parsley, Cumin, Sweet Paprika, Red Bell Peppers, Cassia Caraway Seeds, Black Peppers
Serving Suggestions:
Mix 1 tbsp of mix with 2/3 cup sour cream & 1/3 cup whole mayonnaise or 1 cup Greek yoghurt or labneh or cooked and mashed root vegetables.
