1 cup chopped tomatoes
¼ cup diced onion
½ minced jalapeño
Chopped cilantro, to taste
A squeeze of lime juice, to taste
Directions: Mix 2 to 3 tablespoons of Easy Eats Salsa Mix with chopped tomatoes, then combine with the other ingredients. Chill for 15 minutes before serving.
