Lavender & Chamomile Essential Oil Blend – 10ml

Recommended uses:
Bath – In 1/4 cup bath salts, use 2-4 drops of essential oil.
Inhale – Place 1-2 drops on your hands, rub them together, and inhale.
Massage – In 1 tbsp. carrier, add 2-3 drops of essential oil.
Mist – Use 8-10 drops with 2 oz. carrier, water, or other liquids. Add to bottle, shake, and spray.
Topical – Add 1 drop of essential oil to 3 drops carrier and apply as needed.
